Prime FX is an offshore Forex company that offers eye-catching conditions on paper, such as increased leverage, low spread, lack of withdrawal fees, also the funds being transferred instantly. It is owned operated and run by PFXBank.

Is Prime FX Licensed?

Prime FX claims to be registered by UK’s Financial Conduct Authority but as per our research,  the firm was banned by the same regulatory entity. However, the company and its trade activities are not licensed by any legitimate financial regulating authority. 

Is It Safe To Invest With Prime FX?

Unfortunately, the website of Prime FX has been taken down. Many investors have reported against the company. They have accused it of stealing their money and scamming them on several occasions and not complying with the conditions mentioned by it. Moreover, the company has received warnings from Spain’s regulator CNMV in May 2017.
