Opteck is an online brokerage firm trading CFDs on Forex, Stocks, Commodities, and Indices. It was founded in 2011 as a Binary Options broker. 

Is Opteck A Regulated Broker?

Opteck claims on its official website to be regulated by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC). But during our investigation, we realized that the given statement is wrong and it is just an offshore and unlicensed broker. Hence, it is not the right platform for trading purposes.
