Total scam. They claimed to be a valid venture fund, in fact they are not. They collected $9K as a performance fee and took a 12-month break, sending cheap excuses. Pls write to me if you want to file a collective lawsuit or contacted this organization.

Please ignore my statement regarding Greenhills Ventures, as my statement was based on incomplete and wrong information about Greenhills Ventures as an investment firm and our experience and ongoing relationship does not reflect my comments about them.

My initial comment was wrong and ill-advised based on the information on the web site. Upon further review and information, Greenhills Ventures is a private investment holding company since 2001 with operations in Luxembourg, New York, Madrid, Singapore and Ireland with a stellar reputation and outstanding track record. Many major banks and investment firms are structured in a similar fashion with operations and investments being made thru their investment holding company similar to many major US banks like JP Morgan ( and are fully regulated by the countries they operate and it is not an offshore broker as stated by the web site.

I have made multiple attempts to take this comment down including contacting local authorities about the and calling their office which no one seems to be unreachable for quite a long period of time and have largely ignored my email request to delete my erroneous comments about Greenhills Ventures which most if not all websites will do upon request. I regret making this comment and wish it never happened and have issued a letter of apology to Greenhills Ventures as it does not reflect the true nature of the firm which has made multiple investments in start-ups, early stage innovative companies which support the economy, create jobs, and overall society.

Was offered term sheet for $1.5M investment that required $9k upfront payment. No reputable VC seeks money in advance. Check their web site carefully. No real links, no identifiable portfolio companies, no deals listed on Crunchbase, no contacts on LinkedIn.

I applaud Scam-Doctor for exposing criminals and scammers in the Crypto Currency industry specially given the demise of FTX and the billions of dollars invested in their platform by very well-established Venture Capital funds who should have performed their due diligence now face hundreds of million in write offs not to mention the cascading effect FTX caused for other Crypto companies to file for bankruptcy resulting in billions down from investor and individual investors to go down the drain causing a major investor confidence to fade.
